1. We own the biggest podcast database – and we update it every 24 hours.

We have every data point you could imagine.

If you can imagine something we don't have, we'll go grab it.

2. Build your (or your clients') profiles.

Upload anything you want to build your PodPitch profiles. We'll accept PDFs, links, even MP3 files of a conversation. Of course, you can simply write.

3. You write about the podcasts you want to target.

For example, you could write: "podcasters in Denver who review hamburgers with a female audience".

We'll instantly create a media list of up to 10,000 podcasters.

We assign each result a "match score" on how relevant they are. You can edit & trim your list any way you want.

4. Input your newshook or pitch topic.

Write about the goal of your campaign. It can be anything you like. For example, you could write: "We need the world to hear about Barry McSimon's latest foray into hamburger fame and his $500 golden burger!"

5. Sync your email to personalize your style.

Securely sync your email address so we can analyze how you write and match it exactly. We'll be able to compose emails in your own stlye of voice and tone.

6. We draft up to 10,000 email pitches.

We use tons of incredible data – like the journalists' recent tweets or jokes mentioned in the latest podcast episode – to craft incredible emails.

Every single target will get a completely unique email based on their recent activity & what they're passionate about.

7. You edit & send.

Review the pitches we drafted for you. You can bulk edit or edit individually.

Then, just click a single button to schedule & send all 10,000 emails. You're done!

When you're ready, click 'go' to turn on matching for podcasts, journalists, and/or influencers. You can confirm or tweak matching.

3. Click "Send"!
Load up your credits and click "send" to start automatically sending up to 500 emails per day from you.

5. Can just anyone try PodPitch?

Our current demand far exceeds our capacity. We'll be rolling out PodPitch to select industries in order of volume.

6. When is your public beta open?

We're expecting our public beta to be released in April 2024.

7. Do you guarantee podcast appearances?

As you may know, there are no coverage guarantees in PR. However, we guarantee you'll have a better success rate than pitching them on your own.
